Erin Jennifer Florist

Very disappointed with the quality of the arrangement received, flowers appeared ‘shoved in ‘ the jug very sparse compared to picture on the website. I was told the arrangement had the required number of each flower… the sender was unimpressed with the delivered arrangement and said it certainly did not reflect the cost that had been incurred. Viewing some of the reviews many have had similar experience with this shop. Not planning to use them in the future

I ordered flowers fromyouflowers who subcontracted Erin Jennifer Florist to fulfill the order. I paid for a 4 hour delivery which did not happen. Then the flowers that were delivered were horrible and dead/dying! It was not nice to have that delivered to celebrate someone’s birthday. Not the quality of flowers they advertise. I would not recommend.

Disappointing - I ordered the first image and upgraded to the Premium option (via online/international order) and my family member received the second image. I do understand that availability of flowers can vary but the flowers that arrived are disappointing so say the least - the colour scheme is lost and the vase is not nice looking - the interpretation the florist used just wasn't good enough in my opinion - I emailed the store on 13 Feb and today is 17 Feb and I haven't had a reply.

🌸🍰 **REVIEW TIME!** 🍰🌸 I ordered a “cake” made out of flowers from Erin Jennifer Florist for my sister Heidi’s birthday at her office, and let me tell you—this was the best calorie-free dessert ever! It looked so real that her coworker almost grabbed a fork. (Don’t eat it, trust me, it only *smells* delicious.) Everyone in the office loved it, and Heidi said it was “almost too pretty to display next to the printer.” Bonus points: I ordered this floral masterpiece the NIGHT before her birthday and it was delivered right on time. I wish my Amazon orders were this fast. The only thing that made me frown (besides not being able to eat the cake) was the “free shipping” claim. Turns out, free shipping comes with a side of “service charge” and taxes—so my $68.98 cake ended up being about $98. So, heads up: the price you see isn’t the price you pay, but honestly, the flower cake was such a hit, I can’t stay mad. Final verdict: Erin Jennifer Florist delivers fresh, fabulous, and fragrant “cakes” that will make you the office hero (and the best sibling ever). Just don’t bring a fork. 🥄🌸 #FloralCake #BirthdaySurprise #OfficeHero #SmellsBetterThanItTastes #ReadTheFinePrint #WorthIt

I am extremely disappointed with the service and product delivered by Erin Jennifer Florist. I ordered a bouquet through ProFlowers that was advertised as full, vibrant, and beautifully arranged. What was actually delivered was shockingly small — maybe one-fifth the size of the photo shown online. The arrangement looked sparse, cheap, and hastily thrown together, nothing close to what was promised or paid for. It honestly felt like a bait-and-switch. The flowers lacked volume, the presentation was underwhelming, and it looked more like a grocery store afterthought than a professionally designed arrangement from a florist. When you order flowers for a special occasion, you expect quality and care — not something that looks like leftovers. If this is the standard they think is acceptable, I would strongly recommend avoiding this florist. I paid premium pricing and received a product that wasn’t even remotely close to the advertised value. Completely unacceptable. I will not be ordering from them again. Tried to speak to them to rectify, on the phone and they had me on hold for 10 minutes. Never again. Stay away.
